Absence Reporting by e-mail!
If your child will be absent from school send
an e-mail message to lisgarattendance@ocdsb.ca and include your child's name, the date(s) of the absence and
the reason for the absence. Please include your name and a phone
number so that we can contact you if necessary. |

Timetable Change Requests
Students wishing to request a timeable change are asked to complete a Request for a Timetable Request Form available in Student Services. Students are asked to consult the Master Timetable Semester Two (last updated: February 3) posted in Memorial Hall and on the Scholarships bulletin board. For help reading the master timetable you may refer to the instructions, please note that class sizes must fall under the class maxima. Once complete, completed forms are to be returned to the student services office and may be picked up the next day from Mrs. Stephens or Ms. Jarrett. All requests must include parent or guardian signature. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
Students will be able to request timetable changes after February 1st and before Februart 8th. 2012. (02/01/2012)
Student Transfer Application Period
The Student Transfer Application Period will run from Monday February 13 to Friday February 24, 2012. Transfer forms are available from any Ottawa Carleton District School Board elementary or secondary school office during the transfer period. For more information visit the Student Transfer page.
